Get your MOJO back in the New Year by drinking a glass of green juice a day (1 cup of spinach, 2 cups of kale, 2 cups of parsley, 1 cucumber, 3 celery stalks-add a little garlic and/or ginger and then juice). Post your brew.

Start the year by putting together a list of things you would like to do before you turn 50. Post the ones you have accomplished.
