Great list! So many too read. Somehow real life gets in the way!

Finished #18 – Medium Raw by Anthony Bourdain (who I love). Well into #19 Flash and Bones courtesy of YMCBookalicious and the YMBC. May make my challenge in right under the wire.

What was Medium Raw like? I enjoy No Reservations, Anthony Bourdain is quite a character.

@Kara – I loved Medium Raw but I have a HUGE crush on Anthony Bourdain. I love that he is completely belligerent and has a total potty mouth but at the of the day is all in with his passion for food.

The countdown is on and I’m in the home stretch. Finished #19 Flash and Bones (review pending #YMBC twitter book club chat next week). Have a huge stack on my nightstand to choose from now.

    # 20 is in the books (tee hee). Now on to Midwife of Venice. It’s a quick read – started a couple of days ago and 2/3 through. On to the final push. It will be great to actually achieve a resolution/challenge I set at the beginning of the year!

On to book # 22. Didn’t know what to read so went back to an old stand by – Jane Austen. Have a bunch of Giller’s on the night stand too. Have to stop working so late at night and start reading more!

If I could clone myself my 2nd self would spend all day reading the books on my to-read list! ;-)

The other part of my 26 in 2011 challenge is to also get better about posting to my book blog. So, after two months, finally got around to my review of Medium Raw. http://roadwarriorlibrary.blogspot.com/2011/11/medium-raw.html

I’m stuck on book 22. Reading Sense and Sensibility and due to life, kids and an inability to stay awake beyond a couple of paragraphs it’s going to be a tight race to meet the goal. Plus I missed last YMBC book club and will miss the next one. :( Gah. Gotta get back on track
